.......Life is just too stressful right now.....I don't have the time.....I don't like to cook......I like to be social and enjoy eating out.....I like a glass of wine or alcoholic beverage at night......I work too many hours and I'm tired when I get home......I'm addicted to sweets but I don't want to admit it......it's overwhelming......it's too much cooking.......I am too busy and don't have time to focus on me and my needs.......I prefer the taste of my 'comfort foods' and I've been healthy so far.......healthy foods are boring and taste bad........I've tried every diet there is and they never work for me for the long-term........I don't know how to prepare these wacky 'health foods'........I don't want to eat salads all day........everyone starts to gain a little weight and feel achy when they get older; it's a normal part of aging.........I can't fall asleep/stay asleep at night very well and then I'm too tired to do anything extra the next day........I only need a little bit of medication to manage my (fill in the blank)........ the one prescription I'm on right now manages my condition with little side effects that I've just gotten used to dealing with......my bowels are regular, as long as I take my fiber pills/metamucil/laxatives every morning........I hate hard exercises like intense cardio or weight training.......I'll get back to my own needs when my kids are older.......or when I get a new job.......or when I get a job promotion........or maybe I'll ignore my lifestyle habits until................I experience a medical emergency that scares me into taking action!  (Yikes!)  

But you just need ONE really good reason to take action!
