Class Schedule


Research has shown that food is one of the most important contributors to health.  However, in order for us to have an experience of true health and wellness, we must also consider all of the ways that we nourish not only our body, but our whole selves - including our mind and soul.  

We could be eating the best food available but if we often find ourselves feeling bitter or angry, then we will not be able to fully

achieve a life that is full of health, wellness and vitality!

While there are many techniques we can utilize such as mindfulness and practicing gratitude, yoga has been shown to have a profound and life-changing effect on our total health and wellbeing.

Kundalini Yoga is a very powerful and effective form of yoga practice.  It is known as the yoga of awareness due to its ability to "wake you up" to your higher consciousness so you can live with more intention.


The origins of yoga have been traced back over 5,000 years. Kundalini yoga has been described as being a powerful, transformative, spiritual technology which is fast, focused, and effective.  

This form of yoga incorporates the ancient practices of physical postures, breathwork and sound mantras.


We offer classes that are  appropriate for all levels of ability, from those who are brand new to yoga to those who have more experience with the practice.

Our classes are offered online so you can participate from the comfort of your own home. 


Our schedule is often updated as we add new classes and workshops.
