We are all so super busy these days yet the science is conclusive - we should avoid food additives and get back to whole foods as much as possible.  So, here is a fun challenge for you and maybe some friends too...

Can you survive

one week

with eating ONLY

real, whole foods?  

This means no packaged chips and salsas, crackers or condiments like ketchup, salad dressings and mayo. Unless of course, you make them from scratch using ONLY whole, real food ingredients!  (Don't worry, we can help with that!)  The general rule is that if you didn't make it from ingredients that came from the earth, then you can't eat it...for seven whole days.  Come on, let's DO this!  Your future self will thank you.
